COLLECTION PROCEDURES FOR YOUR RETURN HOME
There is nothing nice about arriving at your destination and then having to find your driver, so we have a system that we find works for you.
Firstly please make sure we have your return dets i.e flight number, (or train or bus.) date of arrival , time of arrival (24hr clock).
Please provide us with a mobile number so we can provide you with a drivers name and mob no. so you can contact him if you should need to. PLEASE switch your mobile on as soon as you can.
Please notify us of any changes (cancelations) we will monitor your return flights,so we will know where you are, and if you are delayed, so that is one less detail to worry about.
If you have any problems with customs or lost baggage please let us know so we can notify the driver unless you contact him direct.
Our drivers wait near the meeting point near information desk. unless when you make contact he gives you a position where he will meet you.
Our driver will have your name and destination displayed on a greeting board.
Arrangements can be made to stop off on evening returns to get milk,bread etc. for your immediate needs.
If you have any special needs, please do not hesitate to inform us.
